This Leadership Programme explores some of the needs in today’s difficult to navigate world, and it provides senior managers and leaders with the tools to meet many of the leadership challenges by building skills from the inside out.

The programme covers several key business skills, with a focus on how to apply them, both personally and within the organisation. Some of these are consciousness in leadership and the makings of a Great Leader, Emotional Intelligence, Group Dynamics, Leading Change and Self-awareness. The programme is also built around a very distinct psychometric based on Jungian typology, a 360-degree feedback tool and several one-on-one coaching sessions.
