For this reason, when we look at supporting and developing leaders and managers, we look beyond developing leadership or management capacity. We delve much deeper – looking into the ego and soul aspects of each individual, their business and how to bring consciousness, meaning and purpose to what they do and what wants to come forth.
We work at transformational levels because organisations evolve as people transform. To do that, we offer 3 distinct modules of training for leaders and managers:

All sessions are run in-house and can be spread over a 3-6month time frame. These are supported by periodic coaching sessions.

- Leaders are not only faced with such individual and organisational demands.
- Disconnection within ourselves, others and nature define our generation. In this continuous loop of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) and change, there is a need to create a new thinking space for courage, integrity and consciousness to surface, to encourage the start of new conversations.
- Resilient leaders can navigate through such difficulties and lead change. Conscious leaders can create unity and clarity by balancing the ego and soul of the business.
- This consciousness and inner wisdom (or the lack of it) determines what happens around us, things we pay attention to, how we relate to others and the actions we take. It is from this depth that insight comes for and shapes our style of leadership which in turn, generates our ripple effect.
- This 2 day programme enables leaders to engage in practical and experiential exercises to:
- Reflect on their journey
- Reflect on their leadership ethics, ethical value systems and intentions within the organisation
- Look at what wants to be heard, held or acknowledged through reflection and intuition
- Explore what wants to emerge
- Reflect on their ego and soul purpose and the value in self-reflecting leadership

- At times, we have all experienced some level of difficulty when managing people. People can be complex and sensitive as each individual is unique. Under stress, they may lose their talents, mastery of their exchanges with others or simply fall into conflict.
- What can be done about this? Give everyone, but first and foremost leaders and managers, the means to manage their own emotions, to understand those of others, to adapt to others and to stimulate their energy.
- This interactive 2 day program offers concrete training to learn and experiment with methods and tools of behavioural agility. It is designed for leaders and managers to manage the most difficult communication situations.
- By understanding emotional agility, the different psychological needs and the different language registers, participants will be able to:
- Strengthen their awareness and understanding of emotions and stress mechanisms conditioning the behaviours of themselves and others
- Understand the key factors for behavioural growth
- Foster the ability to have positive horizontal and vertical impact, influence and develop effective teams
- Bring energy to people, understand how to support them into states of growth and as a result, increase the wellbeing, motivation and effectiveness of people
- Help others develop a more positive attitude to effectively work with teams, with colleagues in an organisational hierarchy and create work contexts that will tend towards excellence.
Using the Comprofiles concept, this training provides knowledge on profiles, psychological needs and keys to adaptation using role plays and practical training.

- Change is one of the most challenging activities anyone can take on and it is often faced with some form of resistance.
- Organisations are comprised of dynamic, evolving and interconnected systems. Hence, leaders need to not only adjust but determine the evolutionary impact of change in their work place.
- And because organisations are networks of conversations in one way or another, any change process needs to be mindful of motivation, communication, culture, trust, and so on.
- Change forces leaders to continuously evolve holding the balance between the ego and soul of their organisations.
- This interactive 2 day program is for those who are involved in leading and implementing change. Our goal is to help participants apply course materials and underlying theories to steer their change initiative.
