Description: We measure the values and culture of your organisation, including cultural entropy—the degree of energy lost to unproductive behaviours such as bureaucracy, blame, or internal conflict.
Method: The process is facilitated through BVC’s Cultural Transformation Tools to reveal hidden strengths and areas of misalignment, enabling leaders to build a purposeful, values-driven organisational culture and leadership approach.

Description: This can be a different way to problem-solving, and the process can be fast in comparison to other approaches. Often within the day.
Detail: By precisely mapping events in space and time, a picture emerges. This picture offers a possibility to see and understand often complex conditions that remain unsolved, often reoccurring, an always stuck in some way.
Method: Through ‘representatives’, and their ‘representative perception’ a space, a field of knowledge is opened, a field of collective intelligence. In that space, the dysfunctional patterns can be detected and acknowledged, so that if needed, solution options can then be elaborated.

Choosing the wrong person for a role or overlooking the right one can come at a real cost to performance, team dynamics etc. Yet many organisations still rely heavily on interviews alone, despite them being among the least predictive selection tools available. Unstructured processes, unconscious bias, and “gut feel” can undermine even the most well-intentioned decisions.

The stakes are even higher for internal moves. Promoting someone before they are ready can impact both the individual and the team. Failing to recognise someone who is ready sends a powerful signal about what the organisation truly values.

This service is designed for organisations selecting or promoting from a pool of internal or external candidates where the decision matters and the process must be fair.
