Is a learning programme for leaders who want to explore systemic ways of seeing and working in complexity. It invites a shift in attention from “what I plan to do” toward what the organisation may need in order to be led well. It offers a space to study what changes when you lead from a systemic frame.
Across three modules, you’ll work with concepts and practices that support systemic sense-making: noticing patterns, using different logical lenses, and experimenting with verbal and spatial communication methods to access group insight. You’ll also explore integrating emotional intelligence and working with others toward a more collaborative mindset. Rather than aiming for certainty, the emphasis is on improving the quality of perception, the use of questions, and how to build a shared view with others.

- 1-2-1 Supervision: 1-2-1 Supervision, offers a reflective practice for internal coaches and leaders. A safe space to discuss cases, ethical dilemmas and personal development. The supervisor supports the individual in maintaining high standards, deepen their practice and ensure their work is effective and ethical.
- Group supervision: Group supervision involves a small group of leaders and/or internal coaches coming together -facilitated by supervisor- to reflect on their work, share experiences and learn from one another. It fosters collective learning, helps with holding different perspectives and supports the learning of the organization. Especially valuable for those working in complex and high-impact roles.
